Topic: Turn a Childhood Game Into a Movie!

Since Battleship is coming up on May 18th, I thought it'd be awesome if everybody on FilmFights created a TV spot for one of their favorite childhood games. This is a bit like the un-animated fight in March but applied to a childhood game. Some guidelines I thought should be in place for this fight: pick a game that's recognizable & is still around. Also, make it EPIC. It'd be great to see a rom-com coming from Operation but it'd be even better to see something like sci-fi.
Time limit: 1 minute

I think this is a great idea! Think about it! Candyland, Life, Sorry, Yatzee, Perfection, Boggle. There's so much to pull from.  big_smile

I'm thinking of doing a TV Spot trailer for a fake movie about a board game of your choice. Also, it doesn't have to be limited to board games. It could even be Hide & Seek or another classic playground game. And that fight is 2 years old now, I think it's fair game.
My inspiration for this fight, so nobody take Hungry Hungry Hippos: http://geektyrant.com/storage/0999-post … 5371851156

Re: Turn a Childhood Game Into a Movie!

Sadly, I don't play many board games. . . . They were never really all that entertaining. . . . Unless- GASP!! I've just thought about the perfect game!!!

~Zero. . . . Because it's THE best number. . . .

Re: Turn a Childhood Game Into a Movie!

So I'm definitely doing a fake epic Hungry Hungry Hippos movie teaser trailer even if this doesn't become a fight. Expect some boss 3D animation from my older brother big_smile

Re: Turn a Childhood Game Into a Movie!

If We go with just any childhood game then there's going to be a wide open world to explore. I would be interested in that  cool

Fantastic idea but what about the 3d animation game plan, what you want in your game
